KITTEN RESCUE JOINS OUR RESCUE FAMILY

Two cute kittensKitten Rescue is a non-profit organization located in the Los Angeles area, devoted to saving needy kittens and cats from shelter euthanasia and abandonment. They provide their rescued cats with any necessary medical attention and ongoing treatment to establish their health, while caring for them in foster homes, where they're given abundant love and affection.

cat close-upKitten Rescue presents cats for adoption regularly at locations in the San Fernando Valley and on L.A.'s West side, in addition to conducting private adoptions during the week, with the goal of finding loving, committed homes for every animal they take in. They also offer education and help to the public regarding all aspects of responsible pet ownership, care of kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering.

nursing baby kittenKitten Rescue cats don't go to their new homes until they're tested for FELV/FIV, spayed or neutered, given their first FVRCP shot, de-fleaed, and de-wormed. MVAMC is happy to work with Kitten Rescue, along with Perfect Pet Rescue and Rescue Me Pet Foundation, to find as many homes for abandoned pets as possible.

New product of the month:
C.E.T. PETITE CHEWS FOR DOGS

CET PetitesThe American Veterinary Dental Society recommends a full dental cleaning every six months for your pet, just the same as your dentist recommends for you. Still, imagine what that cleaning procedure would be like for you if you did not brush your teeth at all between dental visits.

Dental home care is the single most important aspect of regular dental care. With proper home care, your pet may not need that six month dentistry, thus saving you the expense and your pet the extra anesthetic.

For more information on home dental care options for your pets, see our Dental Home Care page in the Pet Web Library.

CET couponNormally a package of 24 sells for just $6.50.
