All dental procedures must be scheduled in advance.
There is limited space in February, so book your appointments
early to make sure you can take advantage of this terrific offer!

Note: The difference between the “bare bones” clinic-style anesthesia and the Full Monitoring package is the amount of monitoring provided for your pet while under anesthesia. The “clinic-style” is the minimum monitoring as you would expect from a low-cost animal spay and neuter clinic. The Full Monitoring package includes the latest monitoring technology to make sure that general anesthesia is safe and routine, and is the standard we will use unless the pet owner specifically declines the Full Monitoring package and accepts the additional risks to their pet.

For a complete description of the monitoring technology used at our hospital,
take a look at the
“What’s New for November 98” page in our What’s New Archives.

NEW ON OUR WEB SITE

    CANINE OXALATE BLADDER STONES
Struvite, oxalate, urate, silicate, cysteine and  combinations thereof.  We will soon have an information center up explaining the where’s and what’s of bladder stones in dogs and cats. For now the canine calcium oxalate page is available in the Pet Web Library.

    CANINE NEUTER
Neutering a dog will help prevent or curtail a number of unpleasant behavioral problems and can also prevent prostate disease.  This simple surgery is an important part of responsible pet ownership. Click here for an FAQ in the Surgery Suite.

    PARVO VACCINATION OPTIONS/PREVENTION
This page is the latest addition to the Parvovirus Information Center which is under construction in our Vaccine Mezzanine.  This area reviews the basic principles of vaccination against canine parvovirus in both puppies and adult dogs.

    THEOPHYLLINE
This medication has been a helpful airway dilator for humans with asthma and animals with heart disease or bronchitis.  This month we add theophylline to our Pharmacy Center library of medication summaries.
