Steven John Smith, DVM

Dr. Steve Smith graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in 1990. Since then he has traveled extensively (ending up in Southern California), and has worked at several animal hospitals along the way. He has also been the Medical Director and the Director of Emergency Services at two other animal hospitals.

At home, Dr. Smith cares for two small rescued dogs, Tigger & Scamper.

No stranger to Mar Vista Animal Medical Center, having worked here several times over the past several years, Dr. Smith is covering Dr. Moore's schedule in March while she is on vacation. This month Dr. Smith will be here instead of Dr. Moore March 3rd and 4th, 10th, 11th and 12th, 18th and 19th, 24th, 25th and 26th, and April 2nd and 3rd.
